Michael G Pappas is the President of Pappas Realty Co. Mike has over 35 years of experience in all facets of commercial real estate, including sales, leasing, and management of all types of commercial and residential real estate. His responsibilities include effective third-party contract negotiating, business development, sales staff management, and building client and customer relationships. His experience ranges from working with a bank trustee to manage, renovate, lease, and dispose of a 16-story office building in Houston, TX to negotiating with local financial institution "work out departments" helping to find acceptable solutions with troubled loans. Skilled in property management, he is responsible for personal, partnership, and third-party real estate.
Mike presently hold active Real Estate Broker licenses in Ohio and Florida.
He is a committed husband and the father of two daughters.
